Heckscher-Ohlin theory can be considered as an important international trade theory. This theory is based on economic approach that proposes that there are countries, which export what they can produce efficiently and plentifully. This theory was created for understanding the process of exporting goods that require different factors of production. Following this theory, it can be stated that Heckscher-Ohlin theory is a perfect theory for understanding the international trade as there are two or more countries involved in international trading and different factors are associated, such as capital and labour for producing all of these products (Iwasa, & Nishimura, 2014).
